All board positions are for a one-year term, beginning in August and ending in July of the next year. A member can hold the same position for no more than 2 years. The President position can only be held by someone who has already served at least one year in another board position prior to their nomination

Oversees General and Board meetings each month, plans agendas for each; assists other officers in their duties as needed
